EMPLOYMENT AND TRAINING INFORMATION
2010 Job Fair a Continuing Success!
The 2010 Job and Career Fair on the Grange is a continuing success! The event was successfully held September 14, 2010. Over 20 employers from various industries participated, exhibiting over 300 positions from health care services, food service, retail sales and marketing, education, construction, security and civil services. The event attracted over 800 participants who came and met with potential employers and received on-the-spot resume writing and critique services. Some employers offered face-to-face interviews to potential candidates. The event created a market place and an opportunity for both employers and job seekers to come together and meet. Thanks to the Toronto Employment and Social Services for their support, and the generous sponsors who made this event happen!
