Hours of Operation (23 Grange Rd):
Monday-Thursday: 7am-10:30pm | Friday: 7am-8:30pm
Saturday & Sunday: 8:30am-5pm

Please note that the recreation change rooms close 1/2 hour after the hours listed above.
